Are we there yet? How many times have you either said that as a child or heard that as a parent?
When we took to the road as a family and the children were little, it seems as if we were barely out of the driveway when we heard that question for the first time and unfortunately not for the last time. All of us have our favorite places and we can't wait to get there. The choices might include the beach, the mountains, the snow caps of Colorado to the sparkling lights of Las Vegas. It may be just a chance to stay at home finding that very private place, perfect for reading “The Good Book” or a thrilling page turner. Others may enjoy a walk in the park, a backyard BBQ or a jaunt to the riverside. Here's an idea! Why don't we all just stop every once and a while and smell the roses. I've heard it said many times that busyness is dangerous for your health. So right now, without delay, why not discover a brand new adventure?
By the way, Toyota's slogan for 2013 is “Let's go Places.” Amen, brother
